Your initial functional medicine visit is a comprehensive, one-on-one appointment designed to thoroughly review your health history, current concerns, lifestyle factors, and goals.
Following your initial consultation, we provide 6 weeks of follow-up care as needed to support your treatment plan, answer questions, and guide next steps. Follow-up care may be done in person or by phone, depending on your preference and what is most convenient.
